Overall I enjoyed the stay and recommend. This was a really great stay for three nights on a girly break. The personnel was very enthusiastic and the rooms were exceptionally good. The freshly made food was a good touch. The hotel 

All in all, it's safe place that has reasonably good and attentive staff at the reception desk. Pastries, pancakes, and fruit for breakfast are a plus. Have stayed here before and I will certainly stay here again.

Big size room, everything was excellent. Separate room with large balconies as well as peoples beds. Excellent and great meals.

The weather was very good, had really nice stay for three nights on a girly break. The pool was heated and I had hot drinks in the main bar. Its location was marvellous and perfect, to the restaurant 

Brilliant place, it was clean and had lovely staff at the reception desk. The location was great, to the port in Alcúdia, in the lovely area.

We met hard-working and professional employees.

Fabulous room, tidy complete with fridge, peoples beds, for instance, enjoyed it. The location was ideal, for example, a long sand beach was not too far from the hotel. You could walk to shops and a market.  

I will definitely go again next time, the hotel met what was needed. All is excellent, I had a nice trip. It boasts perfect and good location close enough to the a la carte restaurant, included in the inclusive package as well as beach. Staff is amazingly nice 

The hotel rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony that overlooked the beautiful nature reserve.

It would have been nice to have an indoor pool, especially during bad weather.

Very good location of the hotel.

Extremely dirty and weared out hotel. Very bad cleaning, where the corners on the floors and areas under table/bads are not cleaned for weeks! The doors to the balcony and the garderobe were broken and could not close. The quality does not live up to 3-stars standard!

i booked a room for a disabled guest i did not get a room suitable my room was right at the end of the corridor food not a lot of variety cold orange juice with breakfast was like water towels not changed anough times could not get wheel chair in lift not very disabled friendly entertaint rubbish

Perfect location very near the National Park, clean restaurants in the local area. Spacious and fabulous room with a fine bathroom and an air conditioner and a kettle. Coffee and eggs served for breakfast. 

Staff was friendly and efficient. Good range of drinks. Dining room staff was attentive. Amazing honeymoon experience with friendly and welcoming staff. Buffet had variety of food and all-inclusive had great drink options. Luxurious 

A quiet hotel near the beach, jogging and walking areas, good parking. Short drive to marked trails for walking in the mountains.

The rooms were big and absolutely fabulous here with fresh towels, huge balcony plus 2 bathrooms. A wide array of food for breakfast, it was astonishing.
